September Workshop
Unlocking Potential – Tools to Support ADHD & Executive Functioning
This practical, interactive workshop was designed to equip parents and caregivers with a deeper understanding of how to support learners, especially those navigating ADHD and executive function challenges. We explored common lagging executive function skills that can make school feel overwhelming for students, and why “just try harder” isn’t a real solution. Instead, attendees discovered realistic evidence-based strategies that foster skill-building, not stress.
Guided by ADHD coach Rhiannon, this session took a solution-focused approach to equip participants with practical, high-impact tools they can start using immediately. Attendees left this workshop with a simple framework for building executive function skills, adaptable strategies for learners across age groups, and companion worksheets to support implementation at home.
