About Read/Write & Math Intervention Intensive Programs:
This program will build up your child's literacy and numeracy skills and enable them to be successful in the classroom. Their instructors are highly trained in literacy and numeracy intervention and remediation programs. Both mental and movement breaks will be taken during every session.
All intensive programs charge $65 per hour of instruction, assessment, and report writing. Please see the table here for an example of how an intensive program may be structured to account for instruction, assessment, and report writing hours.

Paige is a life-long learner. She completed an Honors Undergraduate Degree in Economics which led to some graduate work in Economics in Ontario and working at the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal before she returned to Calgary to work in executive search. She spent the next thirteen years with both national and international companies consulting senior executives and advising on the structuring of executive teams in companies of all sizes in a variety of industries. Her daughter was diagnosed with Learning Disabilities in 2012 and Paige immediately began studying Learning Disabilities and ADHD, pursuing a variety of certifications and gaining experience in providing direct instruction to children with Learning Disabilities in literacy and numeracy. In 2015 she decided to pursue a Masters in Counselling Psychology with a focus on working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and/or ADHD. Paige is now a Registered Psychologist with a passion for supporting children and adolescents diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and/or ADHD. She continues to seek out evidence-based practices for remediation to build confidence in each learner who comes through the Read/Write & Math Program. Moreover, Paige brings a level of compassion and empathy to the role as a parent of two children with unique learning needs who have required different levels of intervention over the last ten years.
Cancellation Policy
Missed lessons/rescheduling:
Our programs have a no-cancellation policy. We expect full attendance.We are happy to move a lesson online if needed at the originally scheduled time. Missed lessons will NOT be made up.
Refund Policy:
All Read/Write & Math refunds are for the program fee and do not include the deposit ($100). All program fees are included within this policy. Below is a breakdown of our refund structure.
Full refund - minus the deposit:
- For withdrawals more than five business days before the start date.
No refund:
- Withdrawals less than 5 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- If a child has to leave a Read/Write & Math in relation to the Behaviour.
- Failure to communicate all current diagnosis information
- The program has begun and the family has elected to withdraw their child.
Payment:
1) You are sent an INVOICE with details of the spot and a request. Please check your junk mail for an email from FoothillsRWM (noreply@timetap.com). The Title of the email is: Registration: Your registration details
2) Pay the non-refundable deposit of $100 within 5 business days to confirm registration or call us (403) 270-9400.
3.) Pay the remaining balance in full at least 10 business days before the program starts.
4) Failure to pay the deposit or the remaining balance in the time stated results in cancellation of the program.
Is committing to four or five weeks during the school year too difficult?
Consider choosing a booster week instead of weekly lessons. This is a great way to get more hours of instruction in a single week which allows for more growth with the daily repetition.
