Coordination Building Blocks Program
Learn movement, balance and more! (Grades 3 to 7)
Learn the fundamentals of movement, balance and more through our movement and coordination program. This program will focus on learning fundamental movement skills (walking, skipping, hopping, jumping, running, throwing and kicking) and fine motor skills (grabbing, placing, grip, drawing, and writing) through play-based programming, with skills being broken down into small steps, and reinforced through small practice activities and then larger games.
Your child does not need to have a DCD (Developmental Coordination Disorder) diagnosis to participate in this program. It is open to all children with a Learning Disability (such as Dyslexia) or ADHD diagnosis who could benefit from learning some fundamental movement skills.
